Spring Charm of Jinjiang, Walk with Intangible Heritage. On March 5, 2026, the "New Art Jinjiang" Intangible Cultural Heritage Tour & 2026 Spring Festival Reunion Gala, guided by the United Front Work Department of CPC Jinjiang Municipal Committee and hosted by Jinjiang New Social Stratum Association, came to a successful conclusion. Adopting a dual-venue linkage mode of Wudian City and Fliport Hotel, we overcame various challenges with professional planning. Integrating Minnan intangible cultural heritage and Spring Festival vibes, we delivered this high-profile grand event.

Dual-venue Linkage: One Event, Two Unique Experiences

Centering on the dual core of "intangible cultural heritage inheritance + Spring Festival reunion", the event creates differentiated experiences across two venues: Wudian City Outdoor Area (14:30-17:00): Focused on the "Intangible Heritage Tour in Jinjiang". The opening featured drum music welcome and green lion blessing performances. Thirteen intangible heritage exhibitions, diverse heritage shows and six major ceremonies were held in sequence, fully demonstrating the charm of Minnan culture. Fliport Century Hotel Indoor Hall (18:00-20:30): Themed on Spring Festival reunion. The association anthem release, work review and award ceremony were carried out in order. Dinner and interaction gathered the strength of people from the new social stratum.

Intangible Heritage Feast: Inherit Culture Through Immersive Experience

As the cultural core of the event, Wudian City Outdoor Area adopted a three-dimensional model of Exhibition + Performance + Ceremony to vitalize intangible heritage:

• Abundant Heritage Exhibits: 13 booths of premium intangible heritage works gathered, with inheritors offering on-site explanation and interaction.
• Stunning Heritage Shows: Performances including Wuzu Quan, Nanyin and excerpts from Gaojia Opera were presented, and representatives of the new social stratum took the stage.
• Grand Ceremonies: Six major heritage-themed ceremonies were launched, injecting new momentum into the inheritance of Jinjiang’s intangible cultural heritage.

Spring Festival Reunion: Gather Warmth in Celebration

The indoor venue at Fliport Century Hotel offered a warm festive atmosphere instead of the solemn cultural vibe. With formal ceremonies and warm dinner reception, we built a tailored reunion gala for members of the new social stratum.

• Strong Sense of Ceremony: The release of association anthem New Friends, 2025 work review, 2026 plan briefing and award ceremony were completed smoothly.
• Immersive Festive Vibe: Leaders delivered encouraging speeches. The dinner featured a Minnan finger-guessing game contest. Guests raised glasses to celebrate and discuss future prospects, bringing the event to a perfect close.

Overcome Difficulties & Solve Core Event Challenges

A high-profile event with two venues and multiple sessions inevitably faces various obstacles. Special thanks go to the client for full cooperation and support. We anticipated key challenges including stage & sound setup, heritage booth management and equipment backup. Through process planning, dedicated teams and emergency preparation, we handled unexpected incidents, controlled every detail and responded promptly to ensure smooth event delivery. • Pre-event Planning: Precisely aligned with the organizer’s requirements. Designed differentiated sessions based on features of the two venues, deeply integrating heritage and Spring Festival elements while balancing cultural value, ceremony and interactivity.
• On-site Execution: Prepared heritage booths and stage materials in advance for Wudian City. Completed equipment debugging and process handover at the hotel. Dedicated staff managed each session to respond to demands in real time.
• Cross-venue Coordination: Planned travel routes in advance. Assigned staff to guide assembly and return, keep headcounts, and guarantee efficient transfer of supplies and crowd movement between venues.
• Attention to Details: From stage music and seamless PPT switching to props for interactive sessions. Materials for the Minnan finger-guessing game were specially prepared to boost heritage atmosphere and participation. Every detail was polished to perfection.
